If the files are not received or cannot be opened, contact info@datingappupgrade.com and include the order number and purchasing email address.

A valid purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the purchased materials for your personal, private, and non-commercial use.

You may store and open the materials on your own personal devices, subject to download limits or access conditions connected to the order.

You may not:

Dating App Upgrade is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Tinder, Match Group, Bumble, Hinge, or any other dating-app platform.

Third-party names may be used only for descriptive or informational purposes. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We may update, improve, replace, or discontinue website content or digital products.

A purchase does not automatically include future products, services, coaching, updates, or additional materials unless this is expressly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

We may correct typographical errors, technical errors, pricing errors, and inaccurate product information.

We aim to keep the website, checkout, and digital-delivery systems available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law of the customer’s jurisdiction.

Where legally permitted, access to immediately delivered digital content may affect or end a statutory withdrawal right after the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the applicable consequence.

We may suspend access to the website or personal download links where there is reasonable evidence of:
